1. Evidence of improved cash management since taking the role.
2. Evidence of funds raised to support growth or role played in making acquisitions / floating the business on a public market if applicable
3. Evidence of direct input into the strategy of the business.
4. Evidence of how the FD has made a demonstrable difference to the company i.e. improved communication, improved presentation/metrics for management accounts etc

When writing your submission the category specific critieria MUST be covered off and numbered as above
